About me:

Beth joined the practice in September 2022 as a Care Coordinator, and has been working hard to ensure that patient's on our recall list for a wide variety of conditions, childhood imms and seasonal vaccines are seen and looked after properly.  Earlier this year she decided to move into the clinical world and the practice is delighted to be supporting her transition into a Nurse Associate.  She started her apprenticeship in September of 2025. 

A Nurse Associate provides hands-on, person-centred care, bridging the gap between healthcare assistants and registered nurses. They support patients with daily needs, monitor health, perform clinical tasks, and work under the guidance of registered nurses. The role enhances workforce flexibility, improves patient care, and creates a pathway to full nursing registration. Bethany is our first Nurse Associate Apprentice and will qualify in 2027, with more already in the pipeline to follow this path.
