Glenlyn Medical Centre

A healthcare community for Molesey & Thames Ditton

Being a patient at Glenlyn means you are connected to a wide-ranging local healthcare system that gives you access to expert care when it matters most.  We collaborate with local hospitals, local ambulance services, hospices and the Community Medical Team (CMT) at Molesey Community Hospital.  Our partnerships ensure a broad range of access, streamlined referrals, timely responses, and smooth transitions from hospital to home care when needed.

As a member of the East Elmbridge Primary Care Network (PCN), we work with local GP practices to expand services such as musculo-skeletal care, mental health support, and long-term condition management in our locality.

Just a few of the ways we can help;

  • GP & Clinical Services.  Clinically triaged same-day GP appointments, routine appointments when needed, long-term condition management, and home visits for housebound patients via the CMT.
  • Specialist Nursing Care.  Paediatric nurse clinics, women’s health services (e.g., cervical screening, family planning), immunisations, travel vaccinations, and wound care.
  • Convenient Local Access.  Early morning commuter clinics (Wednesdays and Fridays from 7 a.m.), self-service access terminals (at Emberbrook, and coming to Glenlyn in April 2025), online appointment requests, and Pharmacy First referrals for minor ailments.
  • Health Checks & Diagnostics.  On-site blood tests, NHS health checks, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, and ECG provision – avoiding unnecessary waits for hospital treatment.
  • Mental Health & Well-being.  In-practice mental health clinics and first contact physiotherapists (MSK) for joint and muscle care.
  • Maternity & Family Services.  Midwifery clinics and family health support.
  • Access to Specialist Clinics.  Cardiology (including echocardiograms), orthopaedics, and gynaecology.

At Glenlyn Medical Centre, we don’t just offer appointments — we connect you with an entire network of care providers, ensuring you receive the best possible support, in the right place for your health and well-being.
