Dear Glenlyn Community

Thank you for your forebearance this morning - the main NHS enquiry form provider experienced a significant problem that meant that you could not submit forms - this has now been corrected.

I wanted to apologise.  Due to a limitation on this website, I was not able to give you anything more than a cursory redirection to the phones - which made that service much worse.  I am sorry.  I have asked Surrey Heartlands NHS to look into this ASAP as it is not good enough.
